Type :  
You should select exercise that involves as many muscles as possible. A good variety of exercises will help you to keep your interest in workout.   
Time:

Delhi Half Marathon 2013 Participation and Planning

Delhi is going to get ready for it’s biggest annual celebration Delhi Half Marathon 2013 to celebrate the human spirit. This race will be the 9th edition of events organized by Airtel. As per the expectations more than 30,000 people will join this event. Huge rush in ADHM shows how people of Delhi concerned about health and fitness awareness. 


Delhi half marathon doesn’t just count as India's largest half marathon run but also conversant as world’s richest half marathon and road running events. Due to it's popularity and handsome prize money ADHM attracts world’s top class street runners. Number of the foreign participants is increasing year by year.

ADHM Race Categories:

  • Half Marathon (Distance: 21.097 km, Minimum age eligibility: 18 years)

  • DHL Corporate Champions (Distance: 21.097 km, Minimum age eligibility: 18 years only for registered companies and firms)

  • Great Delhi Run (Distance: 6 km, Minimum age eligibility: 12 years)

  • Senior Citizens Run (Distance: 4 km, Minimum age eligibility: 60 years)

  • Champions With Disability (Distance: 4 km, Minimum age eligibility: 12 years)


How to Participate in ADHM 2013 ? 


The event will be held on 15th December 2013 and registration started from first week of October. You can do the registration online through procamrunning.in in your feasible category. For each entry in Airtel Delhi Half Marathon (ADHM) you have to pay INR. 900. as entry fee.

Time:  Men: 7:20 am, Women: 7:25 am   



Route:  Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium ->  Lodhi Road -> Mathura Road -> Dr Zakir Hussain Marg ->  India Gate -> Rajpath -> Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Marg -> Sansad Marg  Connaught Place -> Janpath and then back on route.
